CONSULTATIONS
All projects begin with an in-home consultation. This visit allows us to understand your space, goals, routines, and the scope of the project.
The consultation fee is $50, which will be applied toward your project total if you move forward with our services.
Consultations typically include:
Assessment of the space
Discussion of goals and challenges
Initial recommendations
Estimated project scope and timeline
Final project pricing and scheduling will be confirmed after the consultation.
PACKAGES & PRICING
Each organizing project is customized based on the size, complexity, and needs of the space.
As a general reference:
Projects for smaller spaces typically start at $510.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
Size of the space
Level of clutter or organization required
Number of sessions needed
Additional services requested
Organizing products required
All pricing will be clearly confirmed before the project begins.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
To secure your project date, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Payment terms include:
Remaining balance due on the final session of the project
Accepted payment methods: cash, checks, Venmo, or Zelle
If additional organizing products are purchased on your behalf, those items will be billed separately as previously agreed.
For multi-session projects, partial payments may be required during the process.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that schedules can change.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiting the deposit or session fee.
Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may require full prepayment before booking future sessions.
ACCESS TO THE HOME
Clients must ensure that safe and reasonable access to the workspace is available during scheduled sessions.
This includes:
Clear access to the space being organized
Safe conditions for work
Secure or supervised pets if necessary
If access to the space is not possible upon arrival, the session may still be charged as scheduled.
ORGANIZING SESSIONS
No pre-organizing is needed before we arrive.
Our process is collaborative, meaning we work together to create systems that support your daily routines and lifestyle.
During sessions:
Clients make the final decisions about what stays, donates, or discards
We guide, recommend, and design functional systems
Sessions may involve sorting, decluttering, categorizing, and implementing organizing systems
The success of the project depends on active participation and decision-making by the client.
ORGANIZING PRODUCTS
We may recommend or purchase organizing products that improve functionality and efficiency.
Options include:
Clients purchasing items directly
Your Perfect Space purchasing items on the client’s behalf
All product purchases will be approved before buying whenever possible.
Products are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise specified by the retailer.
DONATIONS & ITEM REMOVAL
Clients are responsible for:
Donation drop-offs
Trash removal
Disposal of unwanted items
If assistance with donation delivery or disposal is requested, this may be arranged for an additional fee.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS
Your Perfect Space is not responsible for:
The value of items discarded, donated, or relocated with client approval
Hidden damages discovered during organizing
Structural issues within furniture or storage areas
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving items before removal or donation.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect the privacy of every home we work in.
All client information, spaces, and belongings are treated with strict confidentiality.
Photos of spaces may be taken only with the client’s permission and may be used for:
Portfolio
Marketing
Social media
If permission is granted, we will ensure that personal information and identifying details are not visible whenever possible.
LIABILITY
While we take great care in handling your belongings, Your Perfect Space is not liable for accidental damage to fragile or improperly stored items that may occur during the organizing process.
Clients are encouraged to identify fragile or valuable items prior to the session.
SATISFACTION
Our goal is to create functional systems that are easy to maintain and truly improve your daily life.
If adjustments are needed after the project, refresh or maintenance sessions are available for returning clients.
SCOPE OF WORK
Our services focus on professional home organization and system implementation.
Services do not include:
Deep cleaning
Repairs
Moving services
Construction or installation requiring contractors
However, we can recommend trusted professionals if needed.
